Mini goal is to get down into the 14s !..
I'm 13 hours into a fast so will eat around 2.
Not following a specific diet really, just going to start with cutting out chocolate, crisps and fizzy drinks. I also want to try and stop drinking alcohol or atleast make it so that I drink very rarely, at the moment il have a drink most weekends.
Having chicken wings with boiled eggs and salad when I open my fast.
I got down to 13 stone before the lock down by doing keto, but that just went to complete shit!.
Looking forward to using this thread to keep me motivated, will update my weight once a week...although I have a habit of weighing every day which isn't great!
I've got a huge tub of keto slimfast in the cupboard so toying with catering that into the diet once a day ....maybe of an evening when I'd usually eat a ton of chocolate.
