Losing last of my baby weight (10lbs) by December - sick of feeling bad about myself!

Hi everyone!

I've been trying to shift the last of my babyweight for years (DD now 5 years of age and it's still hanging around!). Before I had him I was slim (because I was quite strict with some indulgence here and there) but I just hate that I can't fit into any of my clothes. I have a wedding coming up first weekend in December and I don't want to feel chubby and self conscious in my dress. I want to feel like MYSELF again!!

My plan is generally to follow a healthy diet. I'm plantbased/vegan and it's very easy to be an unhealthy vegan these days.

My why: I want to feel good about myself in my nice clothes, I hate the way my face looks so old when it's all chubby and puffy, I hate the way my clothes feel. I also want to have another baby one day and know I will gain a lot during the pregnancy as I did last time so I don't want to start off bigger than last time!

Problem areas in my diet: SUGAR AND COFFEES EVERY DAY!

How I've lost weight before (these are some things I've done INDIVIDUALLY, not all together haha!): What's worked before has been: a very low calorie meal for dinner (veggie soup for example, or salad), intermittent fasting (which I will be doing because I actually enjoy the way I feel when I do) and running, eating large salad with protein for lunch and dinner and cut carbs and sugar (this is not sustainable for me), calorie counting, and I also did the fast 800 last march but just could not sustain it.

What I'm going to do this time: I think this time I'm going to workout and run, because I really like the way my body looks when I do strength as well as cardio (instead of only cardio), and I'll be aiming to do that at least every second day. I'll be intermittent fasting and otherwise lower carb meals at the end of the day.

Weight this morning: 145lbs. I'll also measure myself when I find the tape measure.

Goal weight for December 1st: 135lbs
