Friend and I want to be weight loss buddies and just wondering how I can incentivise us whether it's a sponsored slim or similar

Yep, am doing Healthy Wage. My colleague has used them twice and they paid up. I bet £50 per month for 9 months and have to lose 45lbs in that time. I see it as purchasing will power. If I succeed, I will get all the paid money back plus approx £500 profit.
