I'm trying to lose the last 2 stone (I've lost 4 already) and I wondered if any other apple watch users would be interested in joining a mini challenge for the rest of October to see how much movement/exercise we can do before the end of the month? All you need to do is download the challenges app from the app store, and tap join a challenge, then enter code 8j8r. Your watch measures how you get on with burning calories and exercise minutes, and you get more points the more you move (and stand!)
