So far so good. You have to answer a lot of questions but I do feel it's taking me somewhere to improve their support for me and also to improve my attitude towards weight and dieting. I didn't buy the workout bolt yet, still hoping to find some feedback. Googled it but didn't find anything very helpful on the workout not on to know what you get
