Has anyone ever taken orlistat before? Got ir prescribed by the doctor last week. All was going well until I ate jar spag bol sauce and a scone. I had a bath today, judged a fart and the water was like a lava lamp!! Please give me some success stories.

No personal experience but used to work with someone who had it. She had to be really careful about what she ate or it had disastrous effects. I recall she had one embarrassing incident in a shop! Maybe the jar sauce combined with the scone was just too much fat?

Did the Dr give you a diet sheet at all?
