I am 9 weeks post partum with my second and officially finished making tiny humans.
I have always been classed as overweight since my mid 20s and having two children hasn't helped.
I am so desperate to feel good, I'm not bothered what the scales say I just want to wear nice clothes and feel confident and be able to run around after my kids.
I just struggle, I have zero energy after sleepless nights with my newborn, I try to diet but we have so much tempting food (bread, crisps etc) as my 2 year old son and husband eat this and I have 0 will power especially when I'm running on about 2 hours sleep.
Is there anyone our there who has been in a similar situation and managed it? Please help!!
I'm currently 12 stone 6 pounds and a size 16, I dream of going back down to a size 10/12.
