I keep seeing this advertised online, probably because I've clicked on it in the past. One off payment of £17 for full instructions/shopping list and access to nutritionist as well as online support. I gather you start a "reset" on the same day as others that have joined (a bit likes the monthly/buses) on here I suppose.
Reviews seem good plus encouraging comments on FB/insta.
