Fitbit heart rate question

Hi, not actually related to weight loss, but I thought some people here might have fitbits so could perhaps advise.

Do you notice that your heartbeats pick up noticably when stressed?

Today I did no exercise, but I had an upsetting conversation at about 11:00. This is what my fitbit says my heart-rate has been like today (pic attached).

Is such an enormous leap in heart-rate normal purely as a result of anxiety/emotion? Surely it can’t be healthy? Do you think I should see a doctor?

My heart rate increases like that when I’m dealing with something particularly stressful. I don’t think it’s anything to worry about, especially as your heart rate clearly went down quickly afterwards.

Doesn’t stress produce adrenaline, so the flight or fight reaction so would increase heart rate to prepare you to deal with the situation?

I had a bath tonight and noticed that put me in the fat burning zone... just wondering if I can go on the bathing diet to shift some pounds Wink
