Half a stone to lose slowly- anyone in?!

I need to drop 1/2 stone to get back to the size I feel most myself (9 st).

I’ll probably calorie count, 16/8 and do a bit more exercise.

I can’t lose weight fast- my body just won’t do it. I have mild PCOS and find I need to be doing the right things in a sustained way to drop even a single pound.

I’m starting today with a target of 1500.

I would like to join you,

I reached my target weight (that I set in 2017) of 65kg last week (down from 72kg).

Having had a think about it I am looking to drop 3kg more and get to 62kg and then maintain between 62 and 65 kg.

I am currently loosing weight by eating less carbs and eating more veg, and by trying not to snack, with the exception of 1 chocolate in the evenings (currently lint truffles)

Congratulations on reaching your target! That’s amazing!
I did a similar thing over the first lockdown. Went from 11st to 9st but half a stone has creeped back on.

I hit around 1500 cals yesterday but not much exercise (school run twice on foot so only around 3 miles in total). And my calories weren’t healthy ones.

Today I need to plan better. More fruit and veg instead of quickly grabbing food between work calls.

Thanks for joining me!

Well done for sticking to your calories, I cannot calorie count as I get too obsessive, I once worked out how many calories were in a skittle and then had 5 taking me up to my calorie limit… I would have been better just not to start!

I find building in exercise is tricky, I always hit it on a Wednesday though as I walk the dog, do the school run and then got to BB twice so I did 16.1km,

I had home made fish and chips ( in the fryer) but I had less chips than normal and had more veg (peas and carrots)

Good luck today!
