Would love some tips to keep the weight off. I keep on gaining and losing the same few pounds.

So far, I have lost weight from calorie counting, portion control, reducing carbs but increasing in vegetables and healthy fats. It’s not a change from my normal day to diet, aside from increasing certain things and decreasing others.

I’d love to have a flat stomach though 😅 There was a time when I’d wake up and all the bloating has gone or just go for a long walk and I’d be fine, but now I feel like I’m permanently bloated Blush

Before eating mindfully, I was at 161lbs, kept on just yoyoing at 150lbs and now my current weight is 146.6lbs so apparently I’m now just about in the “normal” BMI range. 24.39 is current BMI and for my age and height 18.5 to 24.9 is fine.

I probably now have to actually exercise but I really am lazy. Any simple exercise tips would be appreciated so I can factor it in with work etc.

But my dream weight is 130lbs so that I’d be in the middle of the “normal” range and not at the precipices with the fear that I’d go in the “overweight” category.

TIA
