Hi everyone. I've reached the point where I really need to tackle my weight. I'm wondering what plans people have had success with/would recommend. My circumstances are:
- I have a LOT of weight to lose, we're talking 6 stone plus
- I work 30 hours/4 days a week - am out 7.30am to 6.30pm typically. Also have sole care of DD (6) so generally the less time prepping and cooking the better
- I do eat meat but will happily eat veggie/vegan meals. Actually will eat pretty much anything which might be part of the problem
Any recommendations/advice welcome
