I've had an event sprung on my which is in 5 weeks time.

Like many I've put a lot of weight on in the pandemic. I also have pcos which makes it difficult for me to lose weight.

I am already trying to lose weight but it comes off soooo slow

I'd like to boost my weight loss over the next 5 weeks. I will then go back to losing it slowly and safely but im looking for drastic measures I can take until this event. I cant go looking like this.

Slimfast will make you lose weight quickly but it’s supposed to be a very short term thing.

Exclusion diets are usually good for quick weightloss but they aren’t sustainable.

Hi thanks for reply.

It doesn't need to be sustainable i only plan on doing it for 5 weeks then go back to just eating healthy and walking.

If you have pcos, cut out all sugars.

Low carb is good for a rapid loss - have a look at the Low Carb Bootcamp threads on here to understand how this works. You don't have to 'starve' yourself, just minimise carbs.

Best of luck.

Fast800 was great for me. I dropped over a stone in a mth. Just be careful to reintroduce carbs slowly as u will just pile back on the weight and more if not slowly done.
