Help! Needing advice, support and some inspiration. Before having my DD I lost 2 stone doing the Fast 800, time restricted eating and exercising. I felt great! I then indulged like a maniac when pregnant and during her first 3 months. I've put on a massive 3 stone (weep). I now want to get back to losing weight and need help to find a balance of losing weight whilst keeping my milk supply and looking after a toddler. I feel enormous and gross ConfusedDoes anyone have any advice on how many calories is needed to keep the milk supply? By the way I'm absolutely not suggesting I will cut any food groups or cutting cals drastically. I just need a bit of inspiration or any advice on this. Thanks so much. I'd love to hear some success storiesDaffodil

Following - I desperately want to lose the weight I piled on during pregnancy but don’t want to restrict my milk supply. I am still a stone heavier than ore oregbabcy weight and I think realistically this is actually weight out on due to bad diet during pregnancy not the pregnancy itself! But I’m v nervous to affect supply as feeding is going very well this time. Wild live to hear people’s views

I've just started weight watchers. You get extra points for breastfeeding. 10 pounds down so far and no change to supply. I think any of the big 'diet' companies will have a plan that takes feeding into account.

@Isit2021yetplease it sounds like we are in similar positions. I'm really enjoying breastfeeding this time and so I'm desperate to keep supply on track Confused

@Cheesybiscuits01 that's amazing, well done!! It sounds good that they give you extra allowances for feeding.

I wouldn't start a diet at 11 weeks. Start eating healthily to get into good habits but don't restrict calories yet.
Im starting a diet today but at 9 months.
