Help! Needing advice, support and some inspiration. Before having my DD I lost 2 stone doing the Fast 800, time restricted eating and exercising. I felt great! I then indulged like a maniac when pregnant and during her first 3 months. I've put on a massive 3 stone (weep). I now want to get back to losing weight and need help to find a balance of losing weight whilst keeping my milk supply and looking after a toddler. I feel enormous and gross
Does anyone have any advice on how many calories is needed to keep the milk supply? By the way I'm absolutely not suggesting I will cut any food groups or cutting cals drastically. I just need a bit of inspiration or any advice on this. Thanks so much. I'd love to hear some success stories
