Hey all, I'm struggling to get organised and focused. I know what food I should eat and I need a calorie deficit, but I also need to sort out my routine and would like some inspiration! What is a typical day for you?

Get out a lot and do lots. The more you are ‘doing’ the less you are eating.
I have breakfast as late as possible so I often have just 2 meals a day.
Eat when you’re hungry, not because the clock tells you to.

Eat when you're hungry is good advice. I know I comfort eat/eat out of boredom.

Getting out has become a bit trickier since lockdown as I'm working from home FT but I will definitely try and get out every day.
