Exercise and keto

Evening everyone.
Can anyone recommend the best way to exercise on keto? I have only started keto 3 days a go, and honestly I cannot imagine myself running - no power at all! I know that i am meant to experience keto flu - just wondering if It gets any better...
Has anyone exercised on keto at all?

I love Team Body Project, they have videos on YouTube - they're lots of fun and use their members in their workouts.

I'm mostly keto and use their workouts on a daily basis. I started with their free workouts (suggest Turbo 20s) but bought a full membership last year and now I weight lift with them as well as hiit, core and stretch.

They're not pretentious at all and are very enjoyable.

Yes, I’m in the gym five to six days a week. Keto gives you so much more energy, but you’re going to have to get past the first week or two to get the energy burst.

It gets better! Especially with strength training. I’m more or less back to normal strength as far as weights are concerned. I’m not sure I’d be able to do a 10k or anything but then again, I have no desire to. I could walk for hours though.
