Ok sorry to be gross but I have started eating very healthy and exercising. Making gradual changes and slowly seeing the kilos coming off. Feeling amazing, have loads of energy, clear skin and getting better quality sleep in fewer hours.

HOWEVER. (Warning- gross)

My bowels are... dysfunctional. To say the least. I seem to be always either constipated or having the runs. Never just normal

I don't feel bad when I have the runs- it's not like that gripey pain when you have food poisoning. It's just... explosive.

Never had an issue before. I am hoping it settles down in the next few months. It had crossed my mind that it might be IBS, but it has coincided with my change of eating habits and exercise, so more likely to be linked to that.

Has anyone else had this? How long did it last? Did you go the GP? Did you do anything that helped?
