Anybody done it? I'm 15 hours in and already starving 🤣it's just a Kickstart really. I've ordered a 7 day diet box from body and fit which il be having 950 calories a day on. After that week I'm not sure what to do! I can either start the fast 800, or one meal a day diet for a couple of weeks before going onto keto/intermittent fasting.
It sounds rather a messy way of dieting but I've always struggled so thought I'd mix things up a bit...I'm hoping it will all help with my self control and eventually I'd like to just do keto/1200 Cal's a day.
Anyone else had success doing something like this? X
