I've seen a couple of threads here a while ago but not recently.
If you've done it and love it or hated it, please come and tell me about it. Especially if you stuck with it long term

I know the basics are controlled amounts of carbs such as bread, potatoes, rice etc., along with increased non starchy veg and avoiding processed foods.

My main concern is how easily this plan can be used in real life - is cooking everything from scratch unavoidable?
I have lots of weight to lose, don't mind a slow and steady rate of loss.

I've done second nature in the past. I went for the full package, they sent scales that linked to the app ect. I did find it very good however I probably joined at the wrong time as I struggled to focus on it. However the support was great and it made me look at how much carbs were on my plate compared to what else I could have put on it. Currently pregnant right now and looking for a place to live so I'm not thinking about ot right now, but will definitely look back into in when I'm in a better place.
