Best case for 3 weeks of low cal/carb/fasting

I know. I know. Not ideal, not sustainable not healthy.

But.

3 weeks. Military diet/low carb everything. How much do you think I could lose combined with moderate exercise?

Military alone promises a stone in a week.. I know it’s gonna be mostly water but am hoping combined with 3 weeks off carbs I’ll feel a lot less bloated.

What’s the most you’ve ever lost? I’d be happy with a stone although 1.5 would be amazing…. And mean holiday clothes might fit 🙈

1.5st is a lot to lose in 3 weeks, I'm not sure that's possible

Yes I agree, short of cutting a limb off or licking a raw chicken 😂

I’m losing 1lb a day just now. A stone would be great to be fair.

I'm losing a stone every 4 weeks.
You know you're getting 100% of your daily nutrients that you need. It's super easy and has really shifted the way I look at food.
Only very gentle exercise permitted though, as it's VLCD.
