3 weeks. Military diet/low carb everything. How much do you think I could lose combined with moderate exercise?
Military alone promises a stone in a week.. I know it’s gonna be mostly water but am hoping combined with 3 weeks off carbs I’ll feel a lot less bloated.
What’s the most you’ve ever lost? I’d be happy with a stone although 1.5 would be amazing…. And mean holiday clothes might fit 🙈
