Because i cant make it past one day!!

im not fat but weight is starting to creep up and i need to start eating healthy and cut out all crap.

i started a detox and didn't make it past day one. By the evening i had a headache and felt tired and slow from sugar withdrawals.

i know i only have to make it for about 3 days then the cravings will start to wear off, but i cant get past day one.

I have no aim or anything to work towards so im finding it so difficult

My skin is really bad so that and the creeping weight is why i want to do this, but even that wont make me stick to it

please give me some motivational tips

like anything in life, you cant do it until youre brain has decided that this is what it wants to do.
when your brain and heart decide it is time to lose weight, youwont need to worry about styaing morivated past day one. it will happen.

bloody useless post i know, but the fact that you cant get past day oe,shows that you havent really decided in your heart and soul to do it. iyswim. so you shouldnt feel too bad about f alling off the wagon

You simply have to do it once. Just grit your teeth and do it. And then, when you find out how great it makes you feel, it will be easier next time.

Eat low GI foods....they are filling and not too restrictive so if you have a biscuit it's ok and that all helps you to float through the diet rather than obsessing. Only thing that has ever worked for me.

Apart from wanting to look slimmer I'd like to look younger and healthy diet is helping it. That's the main motivation.
