I've lost about 5kg (so far) as a result of cutting out all proceeded foods including flours and alcohol. Great, right. Admittedly I look bit better dressed as my stomach no longer protrudes.
But now my face is a bit saggy
and naked, I have to say I look worse
. My legs are showing more cellulite and my stomach is now kind of flabby.
Oh god, you're going to tell me to do situps and weight training, aren't you.
