I've got 4/5 stone to lose. My belly is already wobbly and saggy so god know what it will end up like and my boobs are already droopy deflated balloons. I'm unhappy and so unfit it's shocking so something has to be done.

I've been googling all morning deciding what my plan of attack is. I've settled for restricting calories within a 16/8 window. I rarely eat breakfast so shouldn't find it too much of a upheaval and feel confident it's doable.

I dress like a frump and allow myself no self care so my plan is for every half stone do a home treatment and for every stone get something done professionally, then when at target either a hair makeover or a wardrobe makeover. (Money may limit that though Grin)

I also plan on moving my butt more. If I don't manage to hit a step target for the day then I plan to do a 10 min work out/ some form of exercises or weights before I can call it a day.

Thank you yes I'll head over!

So my day 1 went well, hit 10k steps and didn't break the fasting window. Also got my 2l of water in and now I need to pee constantly.

Same work schedule tomorrow so hoping that means day 2 is doable too.
