I can eat pasta and cry over guilt of eating it even after weeks of only eating lettuce and chicken. body confidence is a very big mental health struggle I don't cope with. I'm size 8, 10 stone and today I ate a burger, sausage and mugshot and feel absolutely awful. Will it make me gain weight? Please help 😞

Are you sure it's your weight that is the issue? You don't sound exceptionally big? Any way it's normal to have small weight fluctuations. If you want to maintain or lose weight you just account for it in the days ahead.

If you struggle too much never having pasta its actually not necessary for a lot of people to have to cut it out completely. Is 'cold turkey' better for you or would you be better having a small portion with a salad once a week, for example?

Body confidence wise what is it you don't like? It's very normal to see fleshy bits. Remember models are airbrushed in magazines. If you want to appear more toned that requires muscle building exercises and good nutrition optimal for building muscle.

You posted this exact same thing the other day. The replies all said that this is not a weight problem as such but that you sound like you have disordered eating. All the advice was spot on about going to your gp for help. Tell them what you wrote here. It really isn’t normal to beat yourself up to this extent. I understand that this may not be what you want to hear but you had excellent replies on the other post so please listen to the advice you received. People just want to help you

Just even this was written the same day as your other post. I guess it posted twice by mistake. I hope you feel better soon and get the support you need
