Come on girls!! Give it to me, I've lost 2 stone so far this year and I need to lose more, tone up and lose this bloody belly!!
I'm happy to lose it slowly as it stays off that way so no fad/cabbage soup crap (been there, done that) but what I really need is the kick up the arse motivation!!
My wedding dress arrived today, it looks lovely, exactly the design, pattern/detail but it doesn't do up and it's a size 18 (but made in China, so you know its a 12 🤣) so it's now mission get in to my dress by next February/March!! Wedding is in May!!

I already calorie count, I swim at least once a week, usually more but summer hols have thrown me out a bit.

What I need is motivation (why am I so lacking in this?) and tips!!

Thank you in advance!!

Hey hey a beautiful wedding dress must be the most motivating thing in the world... you genuinely will be queen of the day, and all those compliments and warm smiles coming your way ... just start thinking how good you'll feel!

Are you doing time restricted eating? Something like 16 hours not eating, 8 hours eating? I found it really helped me when my weight loss slowed, keeping your metabolism up and an added boon is that you feel really full and almost can't find time to eat everything in just 8 hours.

Good luck - and you can do it!

Track your calories, weighing everything including butter/ oil/ liquids and hit 10k steps a day.

You can do it OP!

Wish you so much luck and joy, genuinely TRE is so easy (I eat between 11-7). You can do it but try not to drink if at all possible. I do the terrible habit of not drinking and eating really well for a few days then drinking what I like and not eating which is just not sustainable.

Step count!! Yes that's definitely gone out the window recently with this crappy weather!!

And red wine is my vice! I've brought the 30 day alcohol experiment book as I really need to get off the booze as lockdown has certainly increased my alcohol consumption Blush
