Hi guys

Im 25 and I've had a lot of health issues lately so started this year with the outlook that my body has suffered enough and i needed to stop crash dieting and telling myself how fat i was and eat intuitively... which im still all for.

HOWEVER 'intuitive' has turned into just not eating very well and barely exercising and ive put a lot of weight on which ALSO isnt good for my body.

So is there anyone who would like to join me in a little motivation group to loose weight? No restrictive diets, no strict calorie counting, just checking in with each other to encourage a bit more movement and more veg and a bit less gin and chocolate?

I'm aiming to achieve the following habits:

  • 30 different fruits or veg a week
  • 3l of water a day
  • One hour walk a day
  • Swim once a week
  • Weight lift once a week
  • jog or cycle once a week
  • alcohol free 5 days a week

I say 'healthy weightless' with ZERO judgement for anyone dieting etc, just intended as healthier/kinder to my own mind!
