I'm on the 1st week of weight watchers and doing suprisingly well! Currently just under 21 stone so I have a daily limit of 30 points but manage to keep under everyday, even had just 17 yesterday, not because I starved myself but because I wasn't hungry after all the filling healthy meals I had!
Tonight everyone in my house decided to have fish & chips from the chip shop and they do huge portions and the smell was so lovely. My mum was asking me if I wanted any but I resisted and opted for a birds eye roast dinner platter and ice cream for pud. It was lovely and even though the diet is quite hard with such temptations, it's nice having something to make me proud of myself!
