I used to be a big snacker I’m now on a low calorie diet and struggling with not eating at work constantly I’m so used to having something to eat always and I need to train myself out of it any tips

Brush your teeth when you get a craving so anything would taste not very nice for a while and hope the craving passes. Allow yourself some calorie friendly snacks?

Drink more, it fills you up and gives you something to do. Water still or sparkling, tea/coffee, mint tea, miso soup, diet coke and hot choc (occasionally) are all good options.
