Just a thread to help try and stay on track whilst all routines are off and the biscuits are calling!

So my day wasn't too bad, didn't hit my step goal but managed to stay under calories and avoid chocolate.

I actually felt my tummy rumble for the first time in about 7 years!

Can I join you?

I need to get back on it properly this holiday

Lost a lot during lockdown but it's been creeping back on for the last 6 months

FinderOfLostThings · 28/07/2021 22:57

It's so easily done though isn't it!

Yes the more the merrier PomPom!

I find my weight can come off quite quickly if I am strict and go for it...sadly that's easier said than done and I've been going up instead of down. I know what I need to do it's just the doing it and that's where this thread comes in. 🤞

Meal planning done for the day -find it much easier to plan day to day rather than for the full week

Plays havoc with my shopping but I do stick to it better

Cooked breakfast is on the go

I calorie count, high protein, low (but not no) carbs

How are you both getting on? I've been a bit rubbish but have given myself a shake and tomorrow will earn a medal for good behaviour!

I've been doing ok but it's my birthday today and I'm having a day off!

Back on it in the morning
