Being totally honest I think I’d have got fat on lockdown regardless but also got pregnant so that was that really Grin

Have managed to shift a couple of stone, but now I’ve put my back out. Really struggling to move.

I know diet is more important than exercise when it comes to weight loss but I am a bit worried I’m going to get enormous.

Any help or reassurance? Smile

DH (who is a complete nutrition and exercise geek) tells me that aside from the initial boost from exercise and building fat-burning muscle, weight loss is all down to how much/what you eat.

So you'll be fine as long as you continue to eat sensibly.
