So many of us are trying really hard now with our weight loss programmes. I wonder what we could do when it's Christmas time and how to avoid putting on weight and spoiling all the work.

I saw a good idea on the weight watchers website the other day - I guess it works if you're counting points but it's to allow yourself a couple of points for a treat every day so you don't start feeling deprived.
having got nearly to my goal, I really don't want to spoil it all either

That's the point although I'm far from my goal, I don't want to spoil a very hard work I've been doing for the last 4 month.
