Got nothing to complain about really - since my toddler started to sleep and I'm no longer eating all the fat and sugar to stay awake, the baby weight had just come off. I'm now 3 pounds off my target weight
Problem is, it's not enough! Body shape has definitely changed and think will need to lose another half stone on top of that to get back to my previous figure and fit for clothes. I knew this happened but didn't really know till it happened to me!
So lose the extra half stone and get back into exercise for toning - will this be enough?
