Hi everyone!
I’m starting this thread as it’s the first day of the school holidays and I want to keep on top of what I’m eating each day.
I’m not overweight at all but I’m a few pounds heavier than before the first lockdown and I want to sort it out - in a sustainable, easy way that doesn’t involve anything too drastic.
If anyone wants to join, we can keep each other accountable posting every day and share some ideas for meals too!
