I think I want to try it but so confused I how to buy it and how much I need- and whether I need a prescription.

How much will it cost per month and how long do you use it for?

I need to lose 2 stones and am 13st 5lb

You need to do an online consultation with a Dr try maybe Private Doc or Health Express
There are others and it may depend which country you are in
You answer all the questions and they will assess if you are suitable
It's a private prescription so you will have to pay if in U.K. like me
It's expensive but if it helps think of the money you'd spend on snacks takeaways etc
