Daily accountability thread

Hi all, I was thinking of this thread to be a shared journal for check-ins from anyone trying to lose weight. I struggle with accountability but I really want to reach my goal so I'll be checking in here everyday until I get there!

I've been going for a month so far and have lost 10.4 lbs. I probably want to lose another 30 lbs.

I've been doing intermittent fasting and it's been really good so far, the biggest issue I have though is emotional eating/getting discouraged by how long it will take.

Today's check in: had a really nice meal and felt really good, feeling quite hungry now but it's almost bed time so will stick it out! Evenings are by far the hardest as all I want to do is snack.

How's everyone else doing? 😊

Hi.
I'm weighing daily. One week it was a total head wreck despite doing everything "right" but on the whole, I think it keeps me in check and means I've got an immediate impetus to pull back a bad day (rather than let it carry on for a week).

So far I've lost 13lb. I'm hoping for another 1lb off by Wednesday as that will be exactly a stone in exactly a month.

Not following a specific plan. No snacks*, light breakfast and lunch, no white bread, little alcohol (and when I do it's a G&T) and whatever evening meal the family are having.

*Unless I've been very light on calories/meals the rest of the day.

I'm limited for exercise as I'm recovering from an accident last year but usually walk 8k steps.
