Been going to the gym for over a month body shape changed but no change on the scales I'm absolutely gutted! I've got over 3 stone to lose what's the best way as well as the gym? Xx

It's about what you're eating rather than the exercise you're doing. You need to reduce your calories to lose weight. Exercising will help tone your muscles

But why are you gutted? Is the body shape change not one that you like? Have you lost inches, if not weight? Because if you have lost inches then you are on the way, surely, to what you want. I don't know anybody whose sole aim is to weigh x. They want to be a particular size/shape. Of course you may need/want to lose some weight but don't get overly fixated on what the scale says.
