Help please,
My LO is now about 4 months old. Somehow during pregnancy I managed to gain around 17kg, I’ve lost about 12kg so far but realistically need to lose another 18kg to get back into the middle of the healthy range for my height.
I have a replacement shake for breakfast, usually something egg based for lunch and dinners I meal prep twice a week so I’m not scrabbling for the takeaway menu once the baby is in bed. Snacking in the evening is my enemy so I try not to buy chocolate/crisps etc, otherwise I’ll eat them all.
Walk the dog in the forest a mile or so a few days a week and do yoga twice a week.
Any tips please for losing the extra baby weight, as things seem to have tailed off x
