Does anyone else do this?!

Eat healthily for a week or two, lose some pounds and get excited and very pleased with oneself ……… and then eat all the food over a couple of days (especially carbs) and on it goes again Confused. So annoying!!

Yes I'm a yoyoer. Don't know how to change.

Yep! It just takes one thing to set me off track and then it snowballs! Back on it today after 5 days troughing Blush

I’m the same. It was Father’s Day that did it this time. We went out for nice food and the rest is history. Monday = take 264!

I think almost everyone does this tbh! That's why most people fail to lose weight long-term. I'm doing really well atm, but I have to watch out for that little voice saying "Wow - you're doing really well, you can relax a bit!"

I find it much much more doable to have a set of specific but easyish diet/exercise rules. Anything too vague like 'eat healthily' is too forgiving, and anything too strict makes me fall off the wagon really quickly!
