I get loads of adverts for this amazing fat melting pill/drink.
I am becoming tempted.
Has anyone used anything like this?
Will it wreck my insides?

Think it makes you shit yourself.

Just educate yourself about nutrition and exercise - I don't say that to be patronising, I lost 12st a few years ago. (And now have 4 to lose again, thanks covid haha)

Yes they do! Once a girl
At work was taking them and she did poo herself in the canteen and she often smelt like a farm! Shock

The one that keeps popping up is
Keto Extreme Fat Burner.

As a GP being interviewed on TV once said if there was a pill we could give people to help with weight loss we would be handing them out. These pills are not coming from a GP nor are they recommended by GPs.

I agree with PP you need to learn about nutrition, possibly intermittent fasting in all its many forms, or a meal replacement plan if you can stick to it. Find something that might work for you. Also look into the underlying why are you over weight? Portion size, frequency, types of food you are eating etc. It helps to understand how you got here.

Some if the fat burners are basically a caffeine tablets to give you energy to workout...
Others make you shit yourself.
Heart attack or nappies🤔
I would go with @LindaEllen suggestion instead😁
