Put on a stone in lockdown and want to shift it (and more if possible!) by next week, ok end of August hols more likely!

I ordered a plan and have started today, carb free so far but getting the night time hunger pangs!

Anyone else doing it? Any tips?

I did keto 18mths ago and lost 10kg- all back on now though! I downloaded 'carb manager' on my phone. You can scan barcodes and it tells you the carb content, or you can add your own foods in. There is no way I could have kept track and logged the carbs otherwise. I bought electronic scales to help early on with measurements.

There are so many recipes online, many of which I still use today. Copy cat KFC chicken is great. When making cauliflour rice or mash, bake the cauli oven first to dry it out. If you steam or boil, it will be very watery.

3mths after starting, my hair started to molt and shed. Not visible patches on my scalp, but FAR more than normal when I washed or brushed. Apparently that is a common side effect of many diets! Best of luck.
