Hello, I wonder if anyone can guide me with this please?
I've recently been diagnosed with T2 diabetes and also have coronary artery disease so I need to watch carbs but also fat intake. I am keeping to 1200 calories a day as I can't exercise much due to rheumatoid arthritis but I've lost just over a stone so far with another 21lbs to go so I'm pleased with that. I just generally cut down on carbs (to around 120g) but feel I'm eating too much fat. The problem is that my weight loss has stalled over the past month and I've decided to pay more attention to proportions of fat, carbs and protein to see if that kick starts me again. What should I aim for? I tend not to go for low fat dairy but perhaps I should?
