Good morning,

Today is the day that I am going to start to tackle my fatness.

I am so fed up with mindlessly stuffing my face all day long. Chocolate is my thing, I eat loads every day.

None of my clothes fit me, I'm bursting out of everything but I refuse to buy larger clothes. I look and feel awful and want to sort myself out.

I would love some company.

Hi TynTyn. Smile How are you going about losing weight? I started in February weight 15st 1lb. I am now done to 11st 10.4lbs. I still want to lose at least 17lbs. The closer I get the more I seem to sabotage myself though! I am IF (16:8) and doing moderate carbs (100-150g a day.) I am type 2 diabetic. My danger time is in the night, specially if I can't sleep. I've had today off as I've been to a birthday party. Back on it tomorrow. Would love to hear what you are planning. Any exercise? I do yoga twice a week and on other days do a 10 min ab workout, 10 min HIIT and some weights on my arms.

Yes what way do you plan to do it?

I've done many since January 😂 In January I did ultra low carb, mid to high fat, no calorie counting and lost 7lb. In February I tried carnivore, I think, lost 6lb, March I did exante meal replacements. I fell off the wagon for most of April, but then started exante again which was a non-starter so I did a week of carnivore and then moved to low calorie, low carb which is really working for me now.

I started at 14st 3lb on 4th January and today I was 11st 6lb. My target is 9st to allow for putting a bit back on.

I'm also diabetic and my morning numbers are doing very well. I'm eating between 12 and 8 and sticking to the same number of calories as I'd have on exante, so 600-800. I'm eating a lot of the same things, 12: salad, 4: snack, 7.40 to finish by 8: soup, but that's just because I like them, but I'm weighing and logging everything.

I’m on the journey with you! I actually started last week and only lost about 2lbs but better than nothing! Starting weight just over 14st. Very inspired by the above posters who went from 14-15 stone mark onto the 11’s this year - fabulous work, that’s what I’m dreaming of! I’m quite good during the week but tend to sabotage on Fridays and Saturdays. Good luck this week op!

Hi everyone. Smile Hopefully we can all help each other on our journey. I self sabotaged again last night. Couldn't sleep and was up reading a magazine and eating junk at 3am. I plan to get it out the house today so I can't do it again. Still, today is a new week and I'm drawing a line under it and starting again today. Smile I will weigh in next Monday.
