If money were no object how would you lose weight?

Guess I have this view in my mind that if I had millions in the bank I'd no longer be overweight. I'd have a PT and chef

How would you lose weight if you had the money?

Live in a place where it’s too hot to eat anything other than fresh seafood, olives and champagne. Have a private chef and build a huge soft play space, ostensibly for the kids but I would play on it too and not notice I was exercising because I’d be having too much fun.

Linda me too re PT

I find being left alone better incentive than another person

I'd go on a 4 month retreat to get back to my happy weight (2stone less than I am now) and then hire a chef. I love cooking but apparently can't be trusted regarding content or portions Blush
Then hire a PT.

Oh yes, living somewhere hot and on the coast does wonders for my appetite too.

Private and best rheumatologist, bariatric surgery (gastric sleeve), indoor "endless" lap swimming pool in the garden. Once these are in place I can handle safe nutrition.
