Bloating

I'm trying my hardest to eat sensibly and hopefully lose some weight. But I am so bloated. As soon as I eat my stomach swells. I can't pin point what causes it. It doesn't help that almost all of the 1 stone I've gained has gone on my stomach so when I'm bloated I look like the side of a house.

Is there anything I can do/take to help with the bloated ness.

Peppermint tea and trying to pinpoint and eliminate the trigger food. I’ve recent discovered raw onion makes me blow up, as does bread, wheat, the usual suspects!

As pp said plus I would look into some natural probiotic foods to help the gut dealing with the normal food. Natural yogurts with live bacteria, fermented (non pasteurised) food, some cheeses etc
