Any successes? I’ve been on 3 weeks and had very very few symptoms up until this weekend. I had a curry Friday night, salmon and avocado sat (did not think that one through!) and bbq yesterday. I believe it’s doing it’s job given yesterday and this mornings evidence but scales not on the move yet. I do a lot of cardio, cycle 10 miles a day and poss 8k steps walking the dog but haven’t lost much weight - 8lbs since Christmas. Trying orlistat now to boost weight loss and would love to hear some positive stories.
