I'm the biggest I've ever been including when I was nine months pregnant! I look and feel awful. I am obese. I have six atone to lose. Today I downloaded the NHL's app and am colorise counting after trying and failing at every fad diet going. Anyone want to join in for support?

I started intermittent fasting and walking on Sunday, approx 31/2 stones to lose,
I dabbled with IF last year and lost 10lbs in about 3 weeks but then stopped although only regained this year when I have pigged out on wine crisps and biscuits. It’s been a really tough few months with lots of extra work on weekends and have “treated” myself to all the food and wine!
Anyway no more….
1.5 kg gone since Sunday ( water weight I know)

That's great well done. I'm weighing in on Mondays so hoping there will be a loss by next week! I've had a stressful few months too! I use food as a comfort, a reward you name it! If I'm happy I eat, sad I eat, stressed I eat!!! Hoping to change that as it's just not healthy!

I’m the same - food helps whatever my mood!
However I do find that if i’m fasting I’m able to stick to the times in the week anyway - weekends need more work!
