don't know about videos, but I managed to lose my post pregnancy weight with the help of an enormous double buggy and the hill between here and the supermarket...

I know I sound like I'm being facetious, but you might be surprised at what (brisk/strenuous) walking can acheive.

Last time I did some specific tum exercises, but this time I managed to lose several kilos of blubber with walking alone. Maybe living in a house with lots of stairs helped. Didn't diet or do any other exercise. V pleased with myself as I thought I'd have to start altering skirts etc!

Are you looking for specifically postnatal ones? Cindy Crawford's one is OK. But my all-time favourite vids, that I return to again and again, are Billy Blanks's Tae-Bo ones - the most effective I've found. Cindy C's other vids are good too.

Don't giggle, but I had the Melinda Messenger one (me and Mel have a couple of things in common, if you get what I mean!!). It actually shows her with post preg figure, and holding up her pre-preg jeans, and it shows her gradually losing the weight, which is encouraging. I have now passed it on to a friend, and can't remember what it is called, but it was good.

ps. The mummytummy nickname shouldn't put you off. DD2 is six months, and I've managed to lose four out of the five stones I put on during pregnancy, and that is with having post-pregnancy cravings for kebabs and chocolate!!
