Saturday night on my own what should I eat

Everyone in my house is going to be out on Saturday so I'll be eating dinner on my own.

I don't want to break my diet (calorie counting nothing off limits) but I would like "something nice ". I'm also trying to minimize processed food as much as possible.

Can anyone help me decide what to have, I'm out of ideas. Thanks

Me too - it’s a rare experience. I’m having Crab Linguine with rocket (310 cals). No-one else would like it and it feels quite indulgent.

What about cajun chicken salad

Oooooh lush.
I would go the seafood route too as my family aren’t as keen. King prawns and scallops with lots of garlic. Maybe a spinach salad type thing.

Big glass of dry white wine…. My children are small. A Saturday along is a long way off 😂

How about a stir fry 😋 that's what I'll be having, with prawns, tenderstem brocoli and beansprouts

Thanks, they all sound lovely especially the crab linguine. Unfortunately my DH plans look like they are going to fall through and he'll be here after all, so that's my solo evening gone Sad
