Am back to slimming world after lockdown over eating 
3 weeks in to it and lost 6 pounds first week and maintained second week.
I’m finding it impossible to think what to it !
I did it a few years ago and lost what I needed to lose very easily but I’ve lost the ability to actually think !
I’ve about a stone left to lose .
I don’t eat any type of eggs, not a fan of too much ham or red meat ( though I do love bolognese and lasagne )
Breakfast is near impossible. Am usually having a banana and yogurt and then more fruit until lunch .
Will then use my bread allowance for either ham sandwich or wrap along with 1 dairy allowance .
I make a big pot of veg sauce for pasta and have that 3 times a week for lunch
Dinner it’s either bolognese, pasta and veg sauce or butternut squash chicken curry . It’s been like this for three weeks apart from three takeaways I had last week
( bank holiday in Ireland a d life getting back to normal !)
PLEASE help and throw some breakfast / snack ideas for a fussy person
I generally only use about 7 syns per day then keep the rest for weekend ( this worked last time but may not work now )
Help please !
