Stopping snacking

Hi, just wondered if anyone else fancied a thread about trying to stop with snacking and just eating at mealtimes. Also trying to be more healthy in general.

I'm planning on trying to do this and have been snacking too much recently and over lockdown resulting in gaining a bit of weight. I struggle with never being able to just have one biscuit / snack and have a sweet tooth. Also am on some meds which cause weight gain so need to be careful

Planning on just having fruit / veg if get hungry between meals. I also tend to have a protein shake for breakfast.

Can i recommend as a way to lower the snacks to only snack at set time? I do that. If i miss that time though, because i am not hungry or whatever, I missed it. That's it. No snack.
It really helps control in my case and I even often happily miss them now. Also by knowing it's there you can plan some healthier option.

Thanks, yes I am planning them for mid morning and mid afternoon.

I am noticing my times for craving biscuits etc are mid afternoon and evenings.
